Scott Pjesky brings more than 25 years of experience in residential development across the Midwest. He has led teams in all facets of the real estate process, including strategy, financing, land acquisition, development, production, and home sales. Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at Kensington Homes and as Division President at NVR/Ryan Homes. Known for his integrity and operational excellence, Scott holds a degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University.

Anthony Tiritilli

Anthony Tiritilli brings over 30 years of experience in real estate development and investment, with a core focus on multifamily projects. Throughout his career, he has led the full lifecycle of developments—from design and construction to community engagement—working closely with general contractors, architects, engineers, and public officials. Anthony is known for assembling top-tier teams and delivering transformative neighborhood projects that reflect both quality and collaboration across disciplines.

Michael Baxter

Managing Principal - Construction

Michael Baxter is President of Baxter and a fourth-generation leader in the family business. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction. With a hands-on leadership style, Michael works closely with clients, owners, and design teams throughout each project phase. He brings a strong passion for innovation in development, leveraging new technologies and creative approaches to meet the evolving needs of the customer.
